8. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTSAll bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. To secure your spot, a full payment is required at the time of booking.
9. CANCELLATIONS, MODIFICATIONS AND REFUNDS
*For any cancellations or modifications, contact us via email at go@vikingosclubnautico.com or WhatsApp at +57 321 711 0923, and include your booking reference and contact details.
Cancellations: You may cancel your reservation up to 48 hours (2 full days) before the activity to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or in case of no-show will not be eligible for a refund.
Booking Modifications: If you wish to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
Company Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule activities due to adverse weather, technical issues, or safety concerns. In such cases, you may choose between rescheduling or receiving a full refund.
Note: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during the original booking and may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
10. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time for the activity. Follow all instructions provided by our staff and use the safety equipment properly. Inform us of any medical conditions that may affect your participation. Do not participate under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
11. SAFETYThe use of life jackets and other safety equipment provided is mandatory for all participants. Our instructors are trained to ensure your safety. Follow their instructions at all times.In the event of an emergency, follow the staff's guidance and established safety procedures.
12. MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMSWe reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being published on our website. It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically.
