Operations may be suspended in case of thunderstorms or high winds. We will contact you to reschedule or refund.
Cancellations with full refunds are accepted up to 72 hours in advance. Later cancellations will forfeit a 25% deposit.
Participants must be at least 6 years old for most activities. Some restrictions apply based on the service.
We provide life vests, professional guides, and follow strict safety protocols on all outings.
We operate daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Bring sunscreen, a towel, swimwear, and water shoes. We provide all the necessary gear for activities.
No experience is necessary. Our guides will provide instruction and ensure your safety.
We do not charge extra for additional people. The group size is limited to 8 participants. Keep in mind that the time available per rider depends on the session's total duration and number of riders.

We are based in the vibrant town of Guatapé, Colombia. Our launch point is the Marina Navigator, a central and scenic location right on the reservoir, making it easy to access the water and start your adventure. Look for our Viking-branded setup near the main dock.
