All participants must wear a life jacket at all times. No previous experience required — our instructors will guide you step by step. Participants must be in good general health. Not recommended for people with recent surgeries, severe back problems, or advanced pregnancy. All activities are subject to weather and water conditions. Participants must always pay close attention to the captain’s instructions. Accident insurance is included for all participants.

Most first-timers get up on the board within their first session. The instructor coaches you through the start position from the boat using an intercom helmet, so you hear the corrections in real time instead of guessing.
Sessions are booked by the hour, and multiple people can rotate within that time.
Yes, sessions are booked by time. Participants take turns during the reserved period.
Wear comfortable swimwear. We'll provide all additional equipment, including life vests and boards.
Yes. Sessions are booked by the hour on the boat, so within your reserved time your group can switch between wakeboard, kneeboard, water ski and the towable tube at no extra cost. Just tell the captain what you want to try.
Wakeboard sessions start at 400.000 COP per hour. That covers the boat, the pilot, the board, the life jacket and instruction for everyone in your group, up to 8 people rotating during the hour.
Early morning. The Guatapé reservoir is at its flattest before the wind picks up and before boat traffic builds, which makes the wake cleaner and the falls softer. Afternoons are choppier and better suited to tubing.
Yes. Coaching is included in every session, from your first attempt at standing up through edging, carving and basic jumps. Riders who want to progress faster book several sessions across consecutive days.
Six years old, though readiness depends more on size, strength and confidence in the water than on age alone. Tell us the rider's age when booking and we will advise whether wakeboard or kneeboard is the better start.
Nothing is lost. The instructor keeps adjusting the technique and the boat speed, and most riders get up before the session ends. If it is not clicking, we switch you to the kneeboard so you still ride.
